CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Enquirer) -- As an official was explaining Friday's casino collapse to media gathered in front of the Greyhound bus station, a bus trying to enter the station struck a television truck.

Steve Rosenthal of casino developer Rock Gaming, was giving some details of the incident that sent more than a dozen construction workers to area hospitals. Moments into the press conference, though, a bus owned by Gobus interrupted it with two honks of the horn.

The bus was trying to pull in to the Greyhound entrance for buses -- which was partially blocked by Rosenthal and about two dozen media members.

As Rosenthal, recovering from the interruption, started speaking again, the bus driver tried to inch into the entrance and hit the street-side bumper of a WCPO news van, jostling several media members who were on the sidewalk leaning against the Channel 9 van.

That's when the irate driver jumped off of the bus and chewed out everyone at the news conference.

If everyone "would have moved outta my way, I wouldn't have ran into this (TV) truck," she yelled at the crowd.

"I've still got a job to do. We've got passengers on this bus."

That's when the microphone stand was picked up -- it was in the spot where officials held a press conference earlier Friday morning -- and moved a few feet east, out of the bus entrance.

Other buses entered the area with the media gathered but that was before the press conference started. When the buses pulled up, media members moved out of the entrance to let the bus in.

The bumper smack happened as the driver tried to pull in to the entrance as the press conference was going on -- and being aired live on several television stations. The WCPO van had green paint, from the Go Bus, on its front bumper.

The bus driver called police who quickly appeared at the scene.

Calls to Go Bus weren't returned. Cincinnati police didn't immediately respond to questions about possible citations being issued in the incident.
