Diverging Diamond interchanged explained by Commuter Dude

There's a new type of interchange coming to Metro Atlanta that's sure to cause lots of confusion. It's called the Diverging Diamond and it actually forces people to drive on the LEFT side of the road. It's been implemented in other states and officials say it reduces congestion and accidents.
