Were you wowed by your valentine flowers, or a little disappointed?
I received an email from viewer Carol Carmichael who sent a bouquet to her daughter's elementary school teacher.
On the right of your screen is the bouquet she ordered online from a popular national floral delivery company as well a photo of the one that actually arrived. It has more greenery, fewer flowers and most of the lilies are not open.
Carmichael called and complained and now is waiting to hear back. But many recipients of flowers may not know that what arrived on their doorstep was not what the sender expected.
