Fixing Your Commuter Problems! Few things in Atlanta generate as much passion from viewers as their commute. It seems everyone has a story about a light that takes too long or a street filled with car-crunching potholes. And that's why I'm here. My name is John Gerard; I'm 11Alive's Commuter Dude, and my job is to help fix your traffic problems. Obviously, I can't reduce the sheer number of cars in the Metro, but there are things I can fix.
